COMMUNITY

This month COMMUNITY looks at NOCI (Northern Ohio Coalition Incorporated). NOCI is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide educational and recreational activities to the community. NOCI, formerly GCGC (Greater Cleveland Gay Coalition) is sponsoring the 2nd annual “WE ARE FAMILY" Festival '80. This year's Festival will be. held at Wildwood Lake in Lorain County on September 21 from 11 a.m. 'til dark. Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $12.00 on the day of the picnic. Tickets can be purchased at the GEAR Community Center, the bars, clubs, etc. Ticket price includes lunch, beer and pop and activities and entertainment. Picnic planning is still continuing. If you would like to join in check the calendar for times and days. If you are interested in joining NOCI individual memberships are $5.00 annually, Business memberships are $25.00. NOCI's mailing address is P.O. Box 663, Lakewood, Oh. 44107.

If an organized group is submitting the information, a brief description of the group's goals and purpose would be appreciated for use in the CALENDAR'S COMMUNITY SECTION.
